§1. User agreement

With the registration on funtailix.com/ (hereinafter referred to as Forum) you conclude a user agreement with the operator of the forum and explain yourself with the following Regulations agree.

§2. Granting of rights of use

By creating a contribution, you grant the operator a simple, temporally and spatially unlimited and free right of use to use their contributions and their entire content in the context of the forum. The right of use according to §2 remains in place even after termination, deletion or blocking of the user account.
The operator of the forum exercises the domestic right, that is, that he can decide on disputes, especially what serves the legal protection and peace of the forum.
In the event of violations of these Terms of Use or other rules published in the Forum, the Operator may temporarily or permanently exclude them from the use of this Forum and/or grant them a house ban. You allow the operator and the forum team to delete, edit, move or block your user account, posts and features at any time.

§3. Obligations of the User

You agree to communicate politely with other forum members, to refrain from any insult to other users, not to make any statements that provoke other users negatively. This includes the obvious use of negative response to topics and contributions.
They undertake to resolve personal conflicts politely and to use only the conversation system. You do not undertake to resolve any personal conflicts in the forum and agree to the deletion of such content if not complied with.
You do not undertake any content from the conversation system created by other users, in whole or in part, or in the sense of leaving it in the public or partially public area of the forum.
You are committed to clearly labeling quotations of any kind. You only publish if the right of use/quote right is also transferable to this forum. Because of complexity/complexity in this right, it would be better to have a link with the reference to certain e.g. Text parts to set.

§4. Advertising

Advertising, of any kind, even in the avatar image, the signature or title picture, is undesirable and is approved exclusively by the operator (see imprint) and must be discussed with the operator in advance.

Links to other online articles or offers that cannot be read or viewed in full, which indicate a subscription or free activation, are not permitted. Advertising permitted by the operator (links, etc.) is then discreet and intended for forum design, in neutral formatting. This also applies to font size and font color. Changes to advertising permitted by the operator (links, etc.) require the approval of the operator. The operator may, at any time, revoke the authorisation to "authorised advertising (links etc.)".

§5. Duplicate Registrations / House Ban

Double registrations, so-called duplicate accounts / multiple accounts, are not allowed and will be reduced to one account upon discovery. This can be done by deletion or consolidation. The owner of a duplicate account decides on the procedure. If they do not comply within 48 hours, the operator will resolve the issue. Exceptions to this rule are granted by the operator and must be requested in advance via the contact form.

Please do not simply create a new account if you have misplaced your login credentials. The forum system can assign a new password using an email address or username. A working email address already registered with the forum is required for this. In case of emergency, please email the operator (see contact information printed on the form).

Banned users are not permitted to register again. Any exceptions will be reviewed by the operator; inquiries regarding this matter must be submitted via the contact form.

§6. The following are required for registration:

A username (websites, real names, company names, brand names, stage names, etc. are prohibited), an email address (no disposable email addresses, see §5 (2)!), and a password of at least 8 characters. New users must activate their account via email confirmation. If this does not occur within 72 hours, the operator may delete the inactive account.
